1 head cauliflower
½ cup Mozzarella
½ tsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Dried Basil
½ tsp Pink Himalayan salt
½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 Large egg


Pre-heat your oven to 260°C Break the cauliflower into a florets and place in a food processor. Blend until fine. Place in a bowl (without a lid) and microwave for 4 minutes. Tip onto a tea towel and ring out the excess water. Set aside to cool.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Line a baking tray and spread out your mixture to form the desired shape of your base about 10mm thick. Make sure it is compressed and firm.

Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 260°C. Remove and add base sauce and your choice of toppings. Return to the oven for a further 5-7 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
