Ingredients: 10-12 slices
7 large eggs
1/2 cup melted butter (ghee is fine too)
2 cups almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tbsp sea salt
(Optional) Handful of chopped nuts & seeds to finish (looks cool this way!)

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a standard loaf tin with baking paper.
Crack the eggs into a large bowl and beat them for around a minute (a whisk is fine but a blender works better). Now add the melted butter and mix together thoroughly.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together until you have a nice thick consistency. Pour the mixture into your loaf tin, sprinkle the chopped nuts and seeds on top and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the loaf is golden brown.
Let the loaf cool for a while and we’d recommend slicing it all and storing it in the fridge.
